Which gender reveal method?

This is for my 2nd baby. We didn’t do a “gender reveal” for my 1st pregnancy and I want to do a little something this time. We aren’t having a party, but I want to take a video of the reveal.  
I was thinking that popping a confetti balloon above my daughter’s head would be cute! My husband likes the powder/smoke cannon idea though.

The lady who started the gender reveal thing wants everyone to stop it. Lol. Just do a simple cake cutting or a balloon pop but make sure to clean up after it all if you do anything outside.

We are doing something like this, except we are cutting and gutting the bigger pumpkin and putting the smaller one with the color inside and taking pictures of the kids pulling it out. We also loved this idea but honestly I’m cheap and I wasn’t trying to spend a ton of shipping for a $2 smoke bomb 😂

We did a confetti and powder cannon in 1 and I’m glad we did, you couldn’t see the confetti very well.
