So I'm 11 weeks pp and have not stopped spotting yet. Last Friday I began to get cramps and the flow became heavier, changing from old looking to fresh red blood. I thought my cycle was returning, but it's been a week and this is still going on. I woke up at 3 this morning bleeding so heavily that my underwear was literally soaked. It's not as heavy now, but I'm still worried. With my first baby I had a postpartum hemorrhage and had to be hospitalized. Even with that complication though, I stopped bleeding at 6 weeks pp. Tried calling the doctor but the office is closed. Does anyone have any experience with something like this?
