Where can you go to fill out Medicaid for new borns she has a upcoming doctors appointment she's only 5 days old!? NOLA area.

Are you on Medicaid or were you on Medicaid for pregnancy? I believe they should have given you a case worker if you were or are on it. If they did, call them and let them know you had the baby and you would like to apply for Medicaid for them. In some states, if you're still on Medicaid when you give birth, the baby will automatically have Medicaid when it's born and you just have to call to let them know the baby was born and ask for them to be put on medicaid

When I signed up for my medicaid they gave me a medicaid card for my baby too.
