Would you say something ?

So I’m 10 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend lives with his dad. He told his dad right away, a few weeks later his dad told his grandma and aunt. Now his dad wants me to move in and is even okay with me bringing my dog, but nothing has really been discussed aside from him (generously) offering. His grandma is negative and we don’t really talk. Since I’ve been pregnant, I’ve been pretty sick so I haven’t gone to his house in a while. I projectile vomit and vomit grosses his dad out (understandably lol) so I don’t want to risk getting sick there. So His dad wants him to clean the house with him on Sunday since it’s their day off and the grandma insists that I should be helping. My boyfriend says no (to me) to this because he doesn’t want me to be dealing with all the cleaning chemicals and wants me to rest. So he just didn’t say anything to her. This upset his grandma so his grandma talked to his brother’s girlfriend and told her that I was moving in over there, but that I was upset his dad wouldn’t allow the dog (which isn’t even true??), and that she didn’t understand why I don’t go over to the house, especially if I want to move in. And made clear hints that I was pregnant. I’m upset because she had NOO place say!
