Some days I don't feel pregnant....

My first pregnancy ended at 7 weeks with the baby not growing in size and no hb was found. I had a D&C done after my body would not have a full miscarriage. I had my doctor test the tissue and cells to find out it was a genetic mutation of an extra chromosome of 16 making it 3 instead of 2. The doctor told me the baby would have not made it past first trimester anyhow. I'm not pregnant again I did not know until recently but had no extreme symptoms to flag me. My fiancé and have been trying for well over a year and was told to see specialists. After 3 months of giving up my mind off babies I finally got pregnant. Now I'm scared to death of being pregnant the general happiness dims each day until my Ultrasound that will be done December 12th making me about 8 wks 2. I do however feel my uterus like stretching each day with light cramps. My last pregnancy was morning sickness everyday from 4 weeks to 7 weeks, not once have I been sick. Anyone else have this issue? I know I should be blessed but I get scared with no symptoms is my baby okay?
