Pill problems

I'm on the pill, it's the one when you take it everyday for 3 weeks and have a week off, I normally stop it on a Tuesday and come on my period on the following Saturday until the Tuesday so only 3 days, I haven't come on my period yet today an I'm being really paranoid😂 I had sex with my boyfriend a week ago but we were very careful as always so idk what to do pls help hahaha
