Success after excision for endo?

Anyone have success after excision surgery for endometriosis?  Just had surgery and hoping this works

Had excision in August and just got my BFP on Sunday after four months of trying post-surgery. We had tried for 8 months prior. We used SMEP method for the first three cycles post surgery and then again for fourth, but I ovulated much earlier than expected last cycle so we didn’t get as much BD in as we would have liked. But it worked!!
