Silicone for sure.  I used 1 oz silicone cube molds.  If you use the hard ones, you need to spray them before pouring the purée in to keep it from sticking

Silicone! They come out WAY easier, and if you get the little rounded ones they fit into the Nuby mesh things much better too!
