I was diagnosed with pcos 3 yrs ago and endo 2 mths ago. My pcos symptoms have always be minimum over the years. However, ever since my first lap procedure in september, my pcos symptoms have seemed to flar up. I have gained 8 lbs since surgery and my face is breakin out terribly. Plus i know this isnt pcos, but I have also had insomnia almost every night... Even with taking a pm med. anyone else experience this? Or have reccomendations about controlling pcos?

Yes, experienced all you've mentioned after my lap surgery. I have endo and PCOS. I had mild symptoms of PCOS prior to surgery and my endo never bother me either prior, only until after surgery both seemed to come back with vengeance haha! I changed my diet, changed to natural products, got acuptuncture, and take specific supplements, now I live pain free and my symptoms are getting better and better by the day :) I am also ttc so this will most def help with fertility too! I've suffered from bad insomnia since I was a baby. No joke is get maybe 3-4 hours a sleep a night, all my life. Only until recently have I started to sleep better. That is a different subject though.😊👍🏻

I know... 3-4 hours of sleep over the years has wrecked havoc on my body, but now that I'm changing things and fixing my sleep pattern. I'm feeling much better 😁. Sleep is super important, very necessary. Yes, acupuncture is amazing 😊👍🏻
