Friday Check-in 10/16

Happy Friday Ladies!

How is everyone doing this week? We’re excited, we’re one step closer to signing the contract for the house. We’re working out timing issues and a few minor edits but should be able to sign next week. Wooohooo!!

As for baby, we’re almost 100% settled on the name Atticus. I’m a southern lawyer and huge football fan, and Atticus means from Athens, and my university was in Athens. And on my husbands side, all the men have names that end with ‘us’ so we’re keeping that tradition, too.

Work is crazy so I’m trying to keep my head above water. Thank goodness these deadlines are on the second trimester. I don’t know what I would do if it were in the first!!

How is everyone doing? Big weekend plans? Mine is pretty boring, work, but hubby is planning on making apple cinnamon pancakes for special breakfast 🥞!
