New mom new to pumping....is this a concern?

I went last week to a checkup after having my baby 5 weeks early. They were asking how my mood was and checking me for mastitis. I didn’t notice until the other day that I have this spot on my breasts below my nipple and I’m the area of my areola. I am currently exclusively pumping only due to my baby being in the nicu, then hopefully with transfer over to breastfeeding. Is this normal for pumping?? I know there’s a lot of changes happening, but is developing this spot one of them? I’m afraid Im developing something and of course google is making me think the worst....if she did a breast exam would there have been something she would’ve felt? ***currently waiting to be called back about it****
