Need help with nausea

Doctors are just sending me to get iv fluids in emergency room. I don’t want that. I have been hospitalized due to my nausea before. Now im 6 months and my nausea medicine that was working for a month and a half gave me a allergic reaction. I was using scopalomine patch behind my ears and zofran. Im back to just zofran because the patch gave me a infection. Im back to puking and unable to eat. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to just go to emergency room for hours.
