Don't feel pregnant...

I'm 10wks 2days and I don't feel pregnant at all. This is my third pregnancy... I had my first baby at 17 so I don't remember much about that pregnancy. I'm 25 now and miscarried my 2nd baby in may and got pregnant again in September. The only thing that reminds me that I'm pregnant are my sore itchy nipples. Other than that, I have no nausea anymore, no bleeding, just slight cramps every blue moon. Is anybody else experiencing this?
