FTM contraction or what? 🤔

So today I woke up on a very sharp pain in my left lower side only that felt like period cramps! It was only on one side and it lasted for maybe a minute I’m not sure🤷🏻‍♀️ cause I was in so much pain to tell
Anyways is this a contraction? Or what? And is it normal to be on one side and to happen just once? I woke up then with a mild lower back pain I’m 35 weeks btw

It sounds more like round ligaments pain. When I get contractions I don’t feel pain yet.. I only know because my belly is really hard like a rock.

I get that when my round ligament is irritated. Sometimes if I get a Braxton Hicks contraction it stretches it and one side will feel really crampy and painful. It’s been happening to me on/off for weeks and I’m 39+3 today. Usually changing positions and gentle massage to the area where the ligament is helps.
