Flushing tampons

Ok hi so I don’t know if I flushed a tampon or not.. I’m 13 and I’m kinda nervous I can’t reamber if I did cause I wrapped in it toilet paper and I don’t reamber if I threw it away or Accidentally flushed it 🥴 and now my toilet is flushing a little funky like it’s flushing but not the best and I’m scared... but I need help can 1 tampon wrapped in toilet paper clog the pipes I’m really nervous😖🥴 please help
