When did you get your postpartum period?

And did you get it when you were ebf? Or while weaning? Or when it was completely done?
OR did you catch the first egg?

I just caught my first ovulation about a week shy of 11 months. I had recently dropped a feeding, significantly increased caloric intake and started licorice+white peony. Expecting first ppp within 12 days.

Just got mine back a few weeks ago at 17 months pp. I’m still breastfeeding at nap time, bedtime and any overnight wakings.

mine came back 14 months pp…was still nursing a lot!!! introduced solids at 6 months but she hated it and didn’t really start eating good till she was 1 and a half honestly. She’ll be 2 in january and she still comfort nurses but nothing comes out now that im 14 weeks pregnant.

I did not get my period back until my baby was 18 months old and at that point she was only nursing for a few minutes at bedtime. I used opks and bbt and my first cycle I ovulated on cd 17. I didn’t get pregnant and ended up with the worst period I’ve ever had. Heavy and terrible cramps. I’m now on my 2nd cycle cd19 and waiting to ovulate.

Got my first period pp at 12 months, bf about 3 times a day on average. Getting my copper iud out tomorrow and planning to start TTC in Feb! Very excited but a little nervous about continuing to breastfeed. I never thought it was an issue to bf while pregnant but I saw a new obgyn for a preconception appointment and told me about a patient who he told not to bf while pregnant and she did anyway and it potentially caused her MC because of the nipple stimulation from bf... I'm not sure I buy it but it's in the back of my head now 🫤 wanted to keep BF until 2 or whenever my LO wants to stop.

At 4 months and I was exlmy period but it's late by 2 days. I'm still ebf and think the breastfeeding hormones interfere with the cycles. I'm been feeling pregnant but the home pregnancy test was negative.

Got my first period at 4 months post partum, EBF. This was the age when my son started sleeping all night long (for 12 hours straight), and I had managed to cut the night pumping down to only once during the night. So that caused my period to come back in my body’s case.

6 months when I introduced my baby to solid foods. Nurse when breast begin to feel heavy and at night mostly but cycle days started off long almost 35 days then gradually decreased back to pre baby length

4 months pp I got my period and I have been exclusively breastfeeding except when I am at work I pump.
