Is this hand foot and mouth?

My toddler woke up with this rash
Can’t see the dr till Tuesday
He’s not in pain and it’s not itchy for him...
What could it be?

Yes it looks like it. My son had it at 3yrs old. His was mild like your sons.

It looks like it could be. Definitely go and get it checked out. It’s HIGHLY contagious. 
If she has if disinfect everything. 
My son was with his Gma and she took him to a play date with a friend of hers and the other child had hand foot mouth a month earlier and my son got it two days after seeing them. The child wasn’t at all symptomatic anymore and hadn’t been for a couple of weeks. 
It was not fun and I was so upset. 
On the only bright side, it looked way worse than it felt for my toddler. He was very normal after the first day or two. Appetite, attitude, whatever he felt fine. It was just an ugly looking rash 👎🏼😔

Kinda looks like it. I would ring the doctor just in case. When my daughter had it it was on her palms and feet and some around her mouth. It can sometimes be accompanied by fever.
