No and you would not want to get a positive at 7dpo. It usually takes at the very least two days after implantation at the earliest for some pregnancies test to pick up hcg. Since viable pregnancies implant between 6-12 dpo with an overwhelming majority implanting between 8-10... you probably don’t want to see a second line till 8 days at the earliest.
