Covid Fears??

My dad got Covid from the woman he lives with and I'm really scared because I hung out with him last Saturday (I had my mask on the whole time and we didn't share any food/drink, we were mostly walking out and he gave me a kiss on the head before he left, but I showered right after). My mom told me if I had it I would've been showing symptoms by now and even if I was asymptomatic she would've been showing symptoms and my boyfriend isn't showing any symptoms either, neither is my brother. She told me I'm fine because I always keep my mask on, even in the car (Idk I find it extremely comfortable) But I'm just really nervous about it. Am I okay??? I'm just super nervous and I'm just really scared. I don't want to get my mom sick, she's super high risk.
