do i have a UTI?

I think I have a UTI and I feel so stupid because I’m not sure what to do, I’m 23 and have never had one before

Yesterday I noticed that when I would go to the bathroom to pee, it would suddenly feel like I had to go reeeeally bad. Then today constantly hurt to pee, and I thought I was getting my period early because the toilet paper was pink when I wiped but I realized I was only bleeding after I peed. It seems pretty moderate right now but should I see my doctor? Or is there something I can pick up at a pharmacy? I appreciate any tips 💞
