How to smell fresh down there?

I was always told not to use soap or douches or anything on your vagina. I shower every day and just wash and rinse with warm water. But still have a "smell" by the end of the day. Its not strong and i don't have any infections or anything. Are there any products that help you stay smelling fresh and are natural and don't cause yeast infections/ mess with PH balance?!

How about a feminine wash? It’s formulated and ph balanced for our vagina that’s all I wash up with no itch or anything during the day keeps the smell and sweat at a minimum it’s formulated to kill those type of bacterias

You can use a gentle soap on the overall area and between the lips....just dont insert the soap into the vaginal canal. While it's TRUE that some women are sensitive and soap can throw off their ph and cause issue, its very rare to be that sensitive. I've owned my vagina for several decades, used everything from summer's eve wash to harsh bar soap and never had an issue....so if you feel like you arent getting clean properly try the soap. See how it works for you.

Probiotics! This is what I use, mainly for digestive health but it helps with vaginal health as well. They are pricey but so worth it to me.

If you’re clean and free of infection, your natural scent will still be present- this is normal. We also sweat, that’s completely normal as well. Wear breathable, cotton undies.
