Sharp pain left side

I have no more tablets to take so it is what it is if it’s a cyst. This morning I woke up with sharp pains on my left side I think it’s ovaries. I wasn’t sure if anyone else had similar issues? I’m also having hot flashes like whoa. That only happened one time and 3 years ago.
