I don’t have the text book signs . My periods are monthly and 3-4 days . Not very heavy and cramps just 1-2 days . But I do get sciatic pain right before my cycle and I’ve had the same damn cyst on my ovary for years and years . Every time they tell me the cyst is a “physiological” but I beg to differ at this point . I just don’t know what to think anymore and feel so down.
