What should I do?

My husband let me paint his shed door. I went simple since I am still a beginner here. How should I finish the tree? Just green? Or with pinks and purple? Green and pink/purple? Can anyone give me advice on how to finish it? Or show me something that would look pretty?

Update: finally finished it. I ended up letting my oldest handprint the leaves and the baby added footprint flowers to the tree.

The angle isn't the best but go with your instincts I find browsing Google images is a great place to get inspiration. 
I like the look of this but if you go for it I'd add reds and oranges to the sun to mimic the effect:

With the flowers it looks like this would be a spring painting so personally I'd do some lovely dofferent shades of green for the leaves and make it bushy and happy
