Bad food/taste aversion
Anyone struggling with a severe food and taste aversion? Every food I eat has this terrible chemically/foul/rancid taste. Like literally everything but fruit smoothies, apples, bagels with a lot of butter. I just want to eat normal food again. Also, has anyone had this and it’s gone away before pregnancy was over? I’m worried my baby isn’t getting the nutrients it needs. Any advice on what to eat or how to help this? This started for me at 11/12 weeks pregnant. Thanks in advance!!
