7 days past estimated cycle start. I haven’t really been tracking anything other than CM. I THINK I ovulated on the 30th of September.

Skipped my period but have just been cramping the entire time. I do rely on Levothyroxine to survive.

since I had a total thyroidectomy (5 years ago), ive only skipped a cycle once and that was 4 years ago when I wasn’t always taking my meds.

Flash back forward to now, I did recently have to lower my dowse because my levels were at like non existent (.45) which probably caused my delayed ovulation.

now what I’m mostly asking is, since I haven’t been temping, only tracking CM through all of this it would be safe to say at any time I could ovulate?? Or like what comes next?? Am I waiting for blood or what 🥴
