Had any of you tried this tea 🍵 🤔 does it work? Currently trying to loose atleast 20 pounds from having a baby 4 months ago, with daily exercise and a better diet 💪 what teas or drinks work best for weight loss journey? Got this off amazon!

There’s no teas that actually make you lose weight.
It’s just a laxative that will make you potentially drop some water weight, but you’ll put it right back on.
Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise.

Weight loss teas are not recommended and are considered dangerous. They contain laxatives that should not be consumed on a daily basis. There are teas that help your body such as green tea or oolong but those teas are not weight loss teas as pictured.

You really don’t need that to help you lose weight. I’ve dropped almost 30 pounds in less then 3 months with just a good balanced diet, exercising, and drinking tons of water. You just have to stay committed and consistent and you will lose those 20 pounds.

I tried SuperFoods Company superfoods tabs. They help great with bloating and helped me loose my final baby weight. Not great for energy but definitely helped me keep on track to loose those annoying last few pounds. I just ordered their Coffee. Hoping that’ll help keep the weight off. Obviously with exercise and “healthy-ish” eating 😉
