Early sign of labour? Sorry if tmi!

I'm 40 weeks today. Just had severe diarrhea but also had cramps this morning which went away. Could this be a sign. I'm a ftm so just wanted to check.

At 40+1 i had diarrhoea all day and lost bits of my plug. Midnight water broke and she was born 515pm. Good luck :)

I had the same thing going on yesterday (39+6). My cramps were a consistent 10-15 minutes a part so I think they were more contractions (FTM). Doctor had me go to the hospital just in case because I am an hour away. Was monitored and sent home. Lost my whole plug at once last night. Woke up feeling just fine and nothing has happened since. But I'm just hoping this means I am dialating and body is getting ready! I have been only 1cm and 25%.
