I was seeing my boyfriend for about three months. We broke up but we were still intimate a few times. I got sick and had to go to the doctor and they told me I was a few weeks pregnant, but miscarried. 
I haven't spoken to him in a few weeks and to be honest I have no clue what I'm supposed to do. 
Do I tell him l, or no?

If you want to continue a relationship with him then you should tell him. But don't tell him to trick him back in to caring for you (I don't know the grounds on which you broke up)
However if you don't want to get back together with him reach out to close friends and family to help you through this difficult time.
