Hi.. have u ever experience baby in transverse lie position at 37 weeks? Any good news after that? Can the baby head down at 38 weeks?

My dr have schedule me csect this 24th for transverse lie baby.. she also told me that my tummy/abdomen is PENDULOUS.. any1 experience this?

My 1st time csect and this is my 4th baby.
