Is there a faint second line?

Hello friends!

I'm hoping some of you eagle-eyed ladies might be able to help. AF is 3-4 days late, and I've been experiencing light headedness/dizziness, fatigue, some light cramping and watery mouth (is that even a thing?). I stopped taking birth control in June and have had regular periods since. I've done a few early pregnancy tests and I haven't seen anything. Today's seems different- I think I see a vfl. Is there anything there or is it just wishful thinking?
