Hello this might be a stupid question but I just want some suggestions. I live with my husband and my 6 month old baby in an apartment. There is a family who lives downstairs. We are cordial with them. Waving hello, small talk when we come face to face that's it. Today the wife knocked our door and she left. When we opened the door there was a gift bag she left outside. It had a gift for my 6 month old baby. She knew I was pregnant and we had a baby.  What does this mean? Do I need to reciprocate with a gift? I am just confused
