Abnormal PAP

So I just got a letter from my doctor saying I have an abnormal PAP. I'm kind of freaked out! I've always had normal PAPs, I was told that your body normally fights off whatever is going on. I'm making an appointment on Monday day to figure this out but I'm TTC and I'm suppose to take clomid this cycle. Has anyone had an abnormal PAP?? Am I worrying for nothing? Help! Thanks!
