Is he not interested anymore? Need advice please..

Long story short this guy and me had a “relationship” last year short lived only a few months. We supposedly felt the same towards eachother but he wouldn’t grow up and stop sleeping around and getting wasted every day. We both moved on with our lives and he recently came back into my life about 5 days ago.

He was drunk so I met up with him to make sure he got home safely and didn’t drive anymore. We ended up having sex, I told him the next day he needed to grow up and stop getting so wild or else I wasn’t going to be involved in his life. He agreed and said he wanted the same thing I wanted and said he was trying to be better.

I blocked him off everything except text messaging two nights ago. (It didn’t seem like he was gonna change) He asked why I done that, I told him and he said he still wants what I want and to unblock him. But honestly he’s done nothing but be distant, leaving me on read, short answers, still getting wasted and recently turned his location off since I unblocked him yesterday.

He’s 28 and I’m 25 as well as 5 months pregnant (not his kid, and baby father isn’t in the picture). I hate giving up on people especially since I do have feelings for him and have since last year but, it doesn’t feel fair to me and I don’t want the unnecessary stress for my baby. Advice please ladies.

Also, he’s fine with me being pregnant and has asked if I’d rather it of been his baby. So I don’t think that’s the issue.
