Have you removed your IUD ypurself at home?

Curious if anyone has successfully removed their own IUD. I want mine out but the Dr can’t get me in until late December. LISTEN, I KNOW ITS NOT MEDICALLY ADVISED, IM A NURSE. I just want to know if anyone is as crazy as I am and what happened 😂

If you're a nurse then why are you thinking of doing this at home? You better than anyone should know the answer to doing something like this... Just wait until you can get in to the doctor.

I did it like 12 yrs ago and It came out smoothly! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve never had I IUD, but with the nexplanon implant I took it out on my own😅😂 yes the one that goes in your arm.

I did....lol i was gentle about it & It slid right out.
