New to Exclusively Pumping
My daughter is 3 months old, and I decided I would like to attempt exclusively pumping. I was planning on pumping every 3 hours, but am noticing she starts crying and try’s to nurse before then.
How often do you pump, and how do I know how much to give her in her bottle?
Any tips to make this as easy as possible would be helpful 😊
