Last year I switched over to a menstrual cup and I forgot it at my gym locker. I started my period yesterday and have been forced to use tampons and pads. A lot of people think cups are "gross" or "nasty" but this one day has REALLY made me appreciate having one. It's so much cleaner, girls! So if you're skeptical of using one don't be afraid of it being a mess. The messiest part is simply rinsing it off and that's not a big deal at all. If you have any question lemme know! :)
