Are you going out with your kids during covid?

Question

I know there is so much controversy around this, and so I thought a poll would be easier for some than writing a comment.
So, are you guys going to playground and stores with your kids? Or having playdates? Or are you guys avoiding social situations?

Not going anywhere with the kids 😭 we went to the beach once in September when it wasn't busy, but that's pretty much it since March. No playgrounds, no stores, no play dates, nothing. It really sucks but I just don't think the risk is worth it, and I'd never forgive myself if something happened because I was bored or tired of avoiding situations, especially because we live with my parents and my dad is high risk for adverse reactions, I doubt his body would hold up well to covid. 
When I had my son in November last year I was already really nervous about cold/flu season, so we were already doing a lot of stuff the same as now - not going into stores, grocery pickups, not going to restaurants, etc, so it's been almost a year since I've not been worried about catching some kind of disease. It's stressful. We were lucky to make it to the zoo on a nice day early March before we had any local infections. 
My kids haven't been inside a store since March, and we haven't seen anyone other than people in our household (and obviously the people we interact with when shopping, with masks, and still only curbside). 
We might be going over the top, but it's fine. We will absolutely get a vaccine when there's a safe one available and recommended by our doctor, and we are really excited to get back out there. But we will wait until it's really safe.

I’m a single mom my child will go to the store with me and he goes to daycare while I work my two jobs 😂

We go out. To do necessary things. The ‘extra’ things are playground once or twice a week and dance class once a week. We live in Los Angeles- I am pretty confident we have already contracted the virus at one point or another-most likely in the beginning when it was here but no one was locked up or wearing masks. We all lived. I am more cautious though. I always have wipes in my purse to wipe down her hands after dance, playground, etc. We practice really good hygiene and eat well. She is very socially oriented and an only child, depriving her of socialization at this point is riskier for her lifelong development in our opinion.

Going out with the kids and practicing mask wearing and hand washing after we get done using public spaces. We carry hand sanitizer in our car. Obviously we don't get right up on people, most places have adjusted and or are still closed due to covid so we do what we can. Most of what we do is outside with plenty of space minus the playgrounds and when we are there we let them play how they want, if that's with other kids then they play with other kids.

We avoid people for the most part. Our neighbors are equally as isolated as we are (working remote, no big get togethers, no eating at restaurants, only going out to do what’s necessary), so we let our boys play in our yards (their son is 4 months older than ours). But, that’s really it.
