Smoking while on most birth controls can lead to a higher chance of blood clots which can potentially kill you in the worst case scenario.

Certain antibiotics can/will affect the pill ( that's how I got my brother lol)  but drinking and smoking shouldn't unless your taking your pill and then drinking to excess and puking it up right away. Pharmacist and/or doctor will be able to tell you more about your specific birth control though.
