Sore Heavy boobs & missed period ❄🍂☕

Just got off the IUD (3 years) in end August.
Had one period in September.
Now: 8 days late and my breasts are SOO sore and heavy. I mean like all over, nipples, sides everything.
What do you do to help with the pain? And is it a possible sign to test?
