Don't know what to label this.

So here I am at work and a lady walks in comes right up to me and says I hate my stepson he is just such a whinny brat and ask the used the restroom and says thanks for listening. 😶 dad I am assuming walked in next with two kids goes potty and leaves and then grandma walks in with two more kids and walks up to me and asks do you have kids. I say one on the way. She tells me well good luck. Omg what is wrong with these people!!!! I just was completely floored at what these people were saying to me a complete stranger. Oh and I work at Denny's.
