Baby Monitor and Double Stroller

Question

Hey! 
Second time mama here and we are moving into a new house with separate rooms for our son (2yrs) and our baby girl (due February)! We are looking for the best baby monitor for both rooms to be able to see/hear both kids!!! 
Also looking for a double stroller that would be best for a newborn and toddler that can grow with us!! 
Any thoughts or recommendations greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!

I've wrote so many reviews on this stroller the last couple days but I can't say enough good things about it. We LOVE this stroller, both seats are independently reversible, you can get a bassinet attachment, carseat adapters and even a shopping tote to replace 1 seat and use the stroller with just 1 seat with some extra storage! You can also get the ride along board for the back for older kiddos, I haven't yet got any attachments but we plan to as we will have a 4 year old, 13 month old and newborn come January. A lot of people are concerned about the width when it comes to side by side but do not worry!! This stroller is actually only 29 inches wide and fits through all standard doorways, for comparison the city select double and uppababy vista are both 25 inches wide so not much bigger at all. The handle has 5 different height options which is great for parents of all heights (my SO actually loves pushing this stroller so much) we actually had a city select and I would reccomend this 100× over before that stroller again. The city select was heavy and hard to turn especially with the older kiddo on the front because of all the weight sitting right on the front wheels. This thing feels weightless to push and is so easy to maneuver. The fold is also SO simple and although it isn't the smallest when folded it does stand alone and unfolds just as easily! I will stop myself there but could go on and on I highly highly recommend checking these out! (It comes with bug nets, rain covers and winter foot muffs with the purchase of stroller HUGE bonus)

Baby jogger select Lux. It had the option for a bench instead of a second seat if you prefer. My friends have it and love it for the bench option.
I love our vava  baby monitor but only use it for 1 child.
