Can BBT be affected by sleeping in cold room or using an electric blanket?
So my hormone levels are low to begin with, and when I use OPK strips I never get a "full" positive. But I've compared my barely there positive to clear blue advanced digital OPK and they match up, and I know I ovulate at least every other month. (This is now my 3rd month using Vitex) But maybe I will be able to tell on the in between months now that I have figured out what my positives look like. So last month my positive with clear blue advanced digital OPK gave a corresponding result it looked like this months CD14. And now the levels are just getting lighter. I will continue to monitor for a couple more days before calling it.
I track my BBT but it's been all over the place. Does anyone know if your BBT can be affected if you sleep in a cold room (breathing cold air), or if you use an electric blanket?
