Hi everyone. I’ve been on the mini pill (cerazette) since August 18th this year and I take it religiously (maybe taking it an hour or so late rarely). I first started the pill in Feb 2020 but came off due to my mental health being all over the place but I wanted to get back on it because I’m not ready for pregnancy and I suffer with endometriosis so having the super painful periods stop every month is a godsend.

Since going back on I’ve been having different side effects from the ones I had previously. I’ve been cramping in my lower abdomen/stomach for the last 2/3 weeks, mild nausea here and there, sore boobs, and now light brown blood when I wipe after urinating (I’ve been having this for 3 days). I was doing research (on side effects of pregnancy and the pill) and I’m not sure if these are side effects of pregnancy or just side effects of my pill. My period is usually due on the 13th and this month I missed it, but being on the mini pill (periods stopping) it’s hard to say if I’ve missed my period because of pregnancy or the pill. I think I’m just confused haha. Also I have taken a pregnancy test (well more like a few) and they’ve all come up negative. I just think with all the symptoms I’m getting right now it’s hard to think straight,

A second opinion would be really helpful because I think I’m just freaking myself out. I would love to hear your experiences on the mini pill and if you’ve had something similar. It’ll put my mind to rest knowing I’m not the only one experiencing these things!
