Would you give yourself a time frame
As a way of dealing with my relationship ending I've decided to give myself a 3 month 'grieving' period as a way of coping. It might seem stupid to some, but for me it gives me a goal to work towards and get back on the positive track. I'm already making some positive steps and by January 2021 my goal is to be finally happy and confident in myself after coming out of such an unhealthy relationship. I'm looking to a better future, some might say 3 months isn't long enough or that's its just a stupid idea. But everyone's different and I'm giving it a go. I'm not saying I'll move on and meet someone new by then but I'm saying I'll be at peace in my own mind and know my worth
