My husband wouldn't let me see his phone

So this morning we were playing around and he took my phone qnd wanted to look at my pictures and so i asked for his phone to go through (i don't go through his phone, i just wanted to see what he said) he said no and I said what are you hiding? And he was like nothing and I was like let me see your phone then since you have mine and he was like no so I said why? And he said no reason and I was like babe you have to have a reason if you won't hand it over. I was like tell me what it is. He said because you'll delete the pictures I have of you on my phone because you think you look bad in them but they are some of my favorites ❤ clearly after he made me promise not to delete them he handed his phone right over. No I didn't go through his phone I just changed his background picture to a new selfie I took lol. I love him so much!
