Would you feel a miscarriage at 16 weeks?

This might be dumb but please hang in there with me. I started bleeding yesterday and went to my OB right away. He did an ultrasound and they couldn’t find where the bleeding was coming from. Baby was moving and the heart rate was 130-150 back and forth. The bleeding has stopped since but today having some slight cramps. His office is closed tomorrow. Just wondering if at 16 weeks pregnant you would feel “different” or feel a miscarriage.

You would definitely feel a miscarriage. I was 8 weeks (I know not 16 weeks) however when I miscarried, for me it was extremely painful. There was just nonstop cramps that went on until I passed the blood clots (sac).

I also had bleeding at 16 weeks and the doctor said everything was normal, baby is healthy. I again had heavy bleeding at 33 weeks, which caused me to be admitted for 3 days. Again they don't know what caused it and I will be 39 weeks on Sunday.

You definitely feel it it’s like really bad period pain and cramps and tears sending baby glue to you good luck

I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks. The night it happened I had really sharp pains in my upper stomach and couldn’t move for like 30 minutes because it just hurt so much. I assumed I just ate something bad (we had been travelling all weekend so just eating take away and whatever we could get while on the road) so I went to bed and thought nothing of it. The next morning I had an ultrasound and they couldn’t find a heart beat and there was no movement but the foetus had grown up until exactly that point (measuring 10 weeks exactly which is what I was going off my dates too). So I had pain when it happened but no bleeding or anything.
