Mucus plug?

I’m 30 weeks tomorrow and have a high risk pregnancy. Was hospitalized for three days a few weeks ago due to a positive FFN along with bleeding and cramping. When I went to pee tonight, I had this on the toilet paper. Should I be calling my doctor!
