Amenorrhea

Is there anything holistically I can do to invoke a period? I hadn’t had a period at all since coming off the Nexplanon and it’s been a hot minute. I’ve take pregnancy test after pregnancy test and they are ALL negative. I’m not even sure if I’m ovulating as I never got a peak ovulation test. I’m trying pink stork fertility tea and hoping that it helps. I have a doctors appointment Monday to make sure everything is in order, but I wish that my period would just come. I would be okay with negative tests if my period would just start like normal. I’m super discouraged and I feel as if my body is failing me. 😔
