Baby #2 HELP

I have a 2 year old and I just found out I’m pregnant a couple weeks ago basically when he turns 3 the baby will be born a couple weeks after I just don’t know what to do with him at this point he hasn’t been sleeping at all he still wants to wake up all night long for a milk or scream and just cry saying he’s tired but he won’t go to sleep so it’s a fight every night and through out the day he doesn’t listen no matter what I do or say I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to make him listen... I’m to the point where I’m exhausted and all I want to do is cry has any one been through this

? did anything help ? I don’t know what to do anymore side note it doesn’t help that we live with his grandma while our house is getting remodeled bc she’s always trying to baby him
